Because of our operating background, we quickly identify key
operating parameters to track performance against plan. We believe
it is important to have the ability to track performance in
real time rather than waiting until monthly or quarterly financial
statements become available.
Martyn & Associates, LLC generally coaches management through
the implementation phase of the plan. However, we can execute
the plan ourselves if requested to do so by management.
